Ship Management Service
We own a diverse fleet of newly built vessels constructed by TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd., and conduct ship management operations through our group ship management companies.
We have established a global management network with five bases in Singapore, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Norway, and provide management services not only for our own vessels but also for vessels entrusted to us by third-party shipowners.
We provide 24-hour ship management services for vessels operating worldwide, striving to ensure safe operations and stable service delivery.
Ship Management Service
We are promoting digitalization to enhance our ship management services. We have developed our own system that enables the centralized monitoring and management of procurement activities, operational status, and crew information, and are working to improve the transparency of our daily operations.
Going forward, we will continue to adopt the latest technologies to further strengthen our ship management framework, while striving to enhance satisfaction among all stakeholders.
Crew training
Kambara Kisen has established crewing bases in the Philippines, Vietnam, and India to ensure a stable supply of highly qualified seafarers.
At our Philippine manning base, we recruit experienced seafarers and provide training at our own facilities.
Many officer cadets have already begun their onboard careers, and we expect to develop captains and chief engineers in the future.
We also maintain long-term partnerships with reputable local manning companies, ensuring the stable assignment of skilled seafarers to our vessels.
Repair bases
To ensure the highest transportation quality, Kambara Kisen and its group companies jointly manage vessel operations and carry out repairs and maintenance, including statutory dry-docking.
Repairs are conducted in collaboration with TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING and partner shipyards in Zhoushan, China, with a 24/7 system in place to respond promptly to any incidents worldwide.
We will continue to strengthen our ship management framework by expanding our repair network and enhancing collaboration with shipyards.
